Prayer is at the heart beat of who we are as a church. Put simply, we are in a conversation with God, and that is incredibly important in releasing our own feelings to Him and hearing what He wants to say to us.
To the Christian, prayer is a part of everyday life, but we know how setting time aside to join together in prayer is really helpful. We do this in three spaces each week.
- At 7:00 am Tuesday – at the Life Central Rooms, Town Hall, Wellington|
A time to pray specifically for our town and it’s leaders
- At 7:30 pm Thursday – at Wellington Community Centre, White Hart Lane, Wellington
Along with Praise & Worship we shine the light of God into the town… we call this time The ‘Lighthouse’
- 10:10 am Sunday – at St.John’s primary school, Priory, Wellington
Before we start our Sunday gathering, we take some time to set our selves in the right direction.
All these times are open to anyone. If you are not used to being involved in prayer, that’s fine, just come along and observe to see what happens – we have nothing to hide.
